Welcome to Boss Bites Catering! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing a catering order. By accessing our site or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms your order unless it explicitly states it is a quote. – Check your order details and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions. – The invoice will reflect the items and pricing in the confirmation.
2. Order Deadlines
Next-Day Delivery Orders: Must be placed by 12:00 PM the day before delivery. Special requests can be arranged if approved directly with us.
• Some menu items may require 48 hours’ notice.
3. Minimum Orders, Delivery Fees, and Times
Minimum Order: $95 + GST for standard Sydney delivery zones. Orders below this incur a surcharge.
• Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Deliveries outside these hours may incur additional fees.
• Delivery fees start at $10 + GST.
4. Modifying Your Order
Orders over $500: Changes accepted up to 2 business days before delivery.
• Orders under $500: Changes accepted until 12:00 PM the day prior, provided the order value is equal to or exceeds the original order.
Changes on the day of delivery incur a $29 fee.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
More than 48 hours prior: Full refund.
Between 24-48 hours prior: Partial refund at our discretion.
Within 24 hours: No refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
